am a Hospitality and Training Manager by profession. Being such, I am well versed with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can do simple spreadsheets to elaborate ones with multiple links and formulas and I am well acquainted with VBA too. I have made numerous PowerPoint presentations. I can also make Manuals, Brochures and Manuscripts thru Word. I have knowledge with Photoshop but not a Pro but I am continuously trying to learn the software.
I can handle incoming email and respond accordingly. Research and record as per my client's instructions.

100% dedicated to tasks. Diligent and organized.

Can work long hours if needed. Adapts and learns easily, team player as well as a team leader with excellent command in English language.

Description

Leads the training and development of Texas Roadhouse Philippines • Teaches and supports all in–store training systems for each restaurant • Works during peak and non–peak business times leading training teams. • Manages training through “hands on” supervision in the restaurants - this includes but is not limited to scheduled assistance with events and classrooms. • Drives and encourages participation in various recognition programs. • Models and teaches the Texas Roadhouse, Inc. preferred method of training • Role models and upholds the training of Texas Roadhouse’s Operational Goals, Mission Statement, Kent’s Top Ten and each area of balanced leadership (quality of operations, financial results, people and culture). • Conducts and develops teams to teach Train the Trainer classes. • Assists in the development of training coordinators, key hourly employees, managers, assistant managers, and hourly employees. • Conducts or facilitates meetings for Training Coordinators and Service Managers. • Plans and coordinates Service and Kitchen Manager meetings. • Plans and coordinates roundtable discussions in to support employee development. • Works with the International Training Manager to validate all facets of operations are being taught. • Validate that the MIT training schedules for managers and key employees fulfill current company guidelines. • Understands and practices safe food handling procedures. • Leads and coordinates new restaurant openings. • Appoints training teams
