Forms Designer

I am a technical writer with extensive experience designing and developing pdf fillable forms and online help files. I have advanced/expert Adobe Livecycle Designer and Robohelp skills and user form design experience. My experience is current as I am presently employed using this skill on a daily basis.

I have extensive experience designing and developing pdf fillable forms. I have created forms based on complicated and advanced business logic such as auto-populate form fields based on end user input in other form fields and calculating functions using drop down pick lists, signatures and other form controls. I have included a sample of my work.

I also have created online help files for software applications, both web and mobile. I have been an IT contractor for 10 years using Adobe Acrobat PDF, Livecycle Designer, Robohelp, Framemaker, MS Word, Excel and Desktop publishing tools at Expert/Advanced level. I have excellent command of the English language and solid proofreading skills. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English.
