Virtual Assistant

I am 35 years old, married and I have a 3 year old son. I am the type of person who is always focused, dedicated and detail-oriented when it comes to any given tasks. I'm a self starter, so I need not to be told twice about the task that needs to be done. I’m good at multi-tasking. I am very flexible in terms of changes whether that be in schedules, tasks or people that I have to work with. I remain calm and in control in difficult situations. I can be extremely persuasive, and can easily interact with people.

I have experienced as a virtual assistant with MyOutDesk for over a year. My duties includes setting appointments for Home Buyer and Seller leads. I was also doing admin tasks for my clients.

Prior working in MyOutDesk, I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for 2 years and as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years as well. So, that was a total of 4 years working in a call center. My main task before as a technical support was to take inbound calls from customers who need technical assistance whenever they're having issues with their phone. I was the person that they could reach to help them. As a Customer Service Representative for financial account my job was to process any credit card related transactions. We also do up selling. During those times, I learned how to multi task, resolve issues over the phone and empathize to customers. I also learned how to manage my time properly like adhering to tasks that needs to be done in a specific period of time and finishing everything before my shift ends. I'm independent in a way wherein I make sure that I use all of my available resources whenever I face difficult situations.

From my perspective that's what makes me stand out from everyone else. I always find a way to connect to anyone hence people find me a trustworthy person and so as the solution that I offer to them.

Description

My duties includes: • Calling those “not contacted” Buyer Leads in Follow-up Boss and Boomtown and schedule a Buyer’s Consultation with the assigned agent in our team. • Calling FSBO and Expired Leads from Landvoice and Mojo and set an appointment for my client. • Calling Prime Seller Leads from Housesalereport.com to check if they are interested in selling their property and schedule a meeting for my client. • Cold calling homeowners to let them know about the new VIP programs that the team is conducting (provide valuable offers such as investment seminars, renovation information and also invite them to our exclusive client appreciation events). • Sending emails in case they only have email addresses. • Create new listings in the MLS. • Sending Equator Daily Report for listed properties (upcoming tasks, overdue tasks, action needed and new unread messages). • Researching and gathering HOA information for Equator. • Data entry (creating mail labels in word format for marketing materials). • Light bookkeeping for REO expenses. • Submitting of invoices for REO expenses. • Updating Fannie Mae Reimbursement Tracker. • Feedback calls from Buyer Agents (Weekly task-for property showing). • Sending of Bi-Weekly Report to the Sales Agent and sellers for listed properties including Fannie Mae (2 weeks property showing activities and 2 weeks neighbourhood sales activities). • Scrubbing of Expired and FSBO Leads against MLS. • Checking client’s email daily.
