Description

Develop and manage to coordinate the HRD & Training Program. Organize technical meetings, workshops and training courses conduct as per need based. Develop program delivery strategies to reach vulnerable groups & staff. Need assessment of training yearly, monthly& several moments in branch & head office based and prepared a plan. Plan wise arrange the training trade & preserve the documents. Prepared the yearly training budget and planning. Trainee assessments & provide training & select the trainee for external & internal training. Any officer would participate in seminar or work shop in outer organisation must be preserve & collect the data or report. Preparing the monthly & quarterly training report & send the soft or hard copy in PKSF. Develop Training related Policy, guide line, Manual & modules to facilitate the training course. Additional responsibilities: Preserve & write the all kinds of meeting minutes & regulations of the organisation. Project proposal preparation, writing, design & submitted in various types of donors for fund raising the organisation. Preparing policy guidelines, Strategy development, developing project proposals & different concept paper or thematic paper on various issues for strengthen the organisation fund rising. Daily check on internet & report to executive director for any essential issues & down load the measurable documents & seeking the project circular.
