As a customer service professional, I had been a good communicator and persuaded every single deal with client as an investment of relationship. Being in call centre mostly people are in a business of precision and that includes being able to work quickly and reliably, unsupervised if necessary but keeping an eye in detail.
I have an experience of using software like Card Pro, Finacle, Phoenix, Millennium Banking, Islamic Banking, Oracle System, Sms Banking, ibanking Customer Relation Management etc. this orientation could become handy in terms of learning and adapting faster compared to others if not all.
