Virtual Personal Assistant

I’m a Virtual Assistant who provides admin, social media and business support for busy sole traders, freelancers and consultants.

My clients outsource consuming tasks to me so they have more time to focus on running their business and bringing in new clients.

With over 8 years of work experience in office administration and customer support under my belt, I give my clients the two things they require the most from a project: results and customer satisfaction.

I'm goal-oriented, thorough and very dedicated with my work. I'm quick to learn new things and I adapt well to meet challenges. These qualities have helped me work successfully in different industries such as Construction, Entertainment and IT.

I'm proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have a little but practical experience in bookkeeping with the use of QuickBooks. I also do transcriptions for audio and video files.
