Freelancer

I worked in the BPO industry for 10 yrs. handled US and UK inbound, outbound and back office jobs. Handled multiple accounts like sales, financial, collections, customer service, publications and adhoc jobs. I have decided to go on freelancing to control and balance my time to work and family.
