I obtained bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering from Sichuan University in 1988, master degree majoring in Electrical Engineering (Digital Signal Processing) from Chongqing University in 1991, doctor degree majoring in Optoelectronic Precision Instrument (Fiber Optic Sensor and Smart Structure) from Chongqing University in 1997. During and after the above period, I worked as engineer, postdoc inside China and postdoc outside China. I can explain or solve problems in electrical circuit, signal and system, digital signal processing, electromagnetism, fiber optic sensor, signal detection and estimation and so on. My Chinese ability is excellent. I can write and speak good English and hence do good translation between Chinese and English.
