Conducting professional and technical training for customers and exploring new business areas.
Responsible for presales and proposing solutions for voice and video communication like Skype for Business, controlling domains, front-end servers, SIP, H.323, H.264, etc.
Answering RFQ/RFI/RFP and taking care of licensing and type approvals along with the Key Account Manager.
Sound knowledge of designing and implementing SaaS based solutions such as Bluejeans and Zoom videoconferencing room systems for my customers and keeping a good record of follow ups with my new and existing customers.
