Description

Responsible for Projects planning, implementation, monitoring and control & closure. SME support including, on-site field support in cases of escalated troubleshooting. Configuration of Gatekeepers, Registrar Servers, Collaboration Bridges, Endpoints, and their integration with Skype for Business, Lync and clouds. User Management on Active Directory Domain Services, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and required configurations. Development and improvement of support tools, operational standards and processes to improve technical support delivery, quality and operational efficiency. Supervising maintenance, perform cable routing, installation and configuration, labelling and documentation of network equipment. Provide training, mentoring and ongoing development of all Technical Support Team personnel with an emphasis on enhancement of communication skills, techniques and professionalism. Conducting professional and technical training for customers and exploring new business areas. Responsible for presales and proposing solutions for voice and video communication like Skype for Business, controlling domains, front-end servers, SIP, H.323, H.264, etc. Answering RFQ/RFI/RFP and taking care of licensing and type approvals along with the Key Account Manager. Sound knowledge of designing and implementing SaaS based solutions such as Bluejeans and Zoom videoconferencing room systems for my customers and keeping a good record of follow ups with my new and existing customers.
